Hi, I'm Kristina! I'm a licensed marriage and family therapist, and a seasoned mental health professional with 17 years of experience in the field. As the founder of KOR Results OCD & Anxiety Specialist, I specialize in helping individuals overcome OCD and anxiety disorders using evidence-based therapies, including CBT, ERP, ACT, ICBT, and mindfulness. As a well-respected voice in the community, I host the popular OCD Whisperer Podcast and am the author of a 30-day journal "How to Stop Ruminating" aimed at helping people make progress and stay accountable.
